Following breakfast, panoramic tour of this bustling fast paced capital city including the historic National Palace, the "Zocalo", its beautiful Cathedral all located in the city's colonial center. Admire world famous artist Diego Rivera's inspirational murals depicting Mexico's rich history, and enjoy bargaining in the colorful handicrafts market before returning to your hotel. B | | Day 3 | Teotihuacan | GUADALUPE SHRINE - TEOTIHUACAN
Following breakfast, visit awe-inspiring Shrine of Guadalupe. Then continue to Teotihuacan, one of Mexico's largest pre-Columbian cities. Climb the Pyramid of the Sun and Moon, stroll by "Dead Avenue", and take in the sights of this impressive pre-Hispanic site. Visit Obsidian Workshop before returning to hotel. Following breakfast, depart Mexico City for Morelia, founded in 1521, to enjoy its impressive colonial architecture, plazas, Clavijeros Palace, the Aqueduct, and beautiful churches. Following breakfast, City Tour of Patzcuaro visiting Nuestra Senora de la Salud Shrine, House of Eleven Patios, Gertrudis Boca Negra Library, Don Vasco Plaza and marketplace. Following breakfast, we travel to Tlaquepaque for visit of a Tequila Hacienda to learn of this typical Mexican alcoholic beverage. Later on, stop at handicrafts market for beautiful pottery, jewelry, glass and leather goods. Enjoy lunch accompanied by Mariachi music before returning to Guadalajara for overnight.
